As Co-Founder of Endear, a CRM platform that empowers retail associates to connect with customers over email and text while tracking how their outreach converts into sales in-store and online, Leigh is rethinking the approach to omni-channel retail, and expanding the role of associates.

Endear launched in March of 2019, and now serves top brands like Anine Bing, Rebag, Mizzen + Main, and AKRIS. Leigh and her co-founder Jinesh Shah met through the Venture for America fellowship program, and are also alums of the XRC Labs retail accelerator in NYC.
